Time for a Water Heater Replacement?
At the end of a long day, few things are better than a warm bath or a hot shower. But do you find yourself running out of hot water because of multiple appliance uses going on in your home? If so, it's time for a water heater replacement and your chance to move up from a 40 gallon tank to a 75 gallon one.
Are you interested in switching from an electric hot water heater to a gas hot water heater? It is less expensive to operate a gas hot water heater. We replace electric and gas hot water heaters even if there is no existing gas line in place.

TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATERS
These days tankless water heaters have become quite popular. These "on demand" units heat water only when you need it. If you've been wondering about a tankless hot water heater consider these benefits:
- Saves water because you are not waiting for the water to get hot in the shower or at the kitchen sink.
- Take up very little space in your home or apartment.
- Most tankless hot water heaters last about 20 years. This can be twice as long as a regular storage hot water tank.
- Saves money yearly depending on usage.
- Uses 40-50% percent less energy than a hot water heater.
- Provides a continuous and instant supply of hot water.
There are a few considerations when thinking about adding an instant hot water appliance to your home. Tankless water heaters are high-powered systems that need special ventilation, piping and sometimes electric upgrades. So there may be more of an initial cost with a tankless unit. Additionally, most units serve one faucet at a time. So a load of clothes in the washer might interrupt that hot shower you just started. However, there are larger units which can accommodate your entire home and multiple faucets.
We can lay out a plan and install the tankless or tank hot water heater (or a combination of both) that would suit your family and your home's needs most efficiently.
